In April 2019, Procensol was featured in the APAC CIO Outlook Top 20 Government and Public Sector Tech Solution Providers of 2019.
This is the second time Procensol has been recognised by APAC CIO Outlook. Whilst Government uptake of new technology and digital transformation may be seen by many around the world as sluggish, there are several examples in this year’s Top 20 of where Government is leading the way with sophisticated digital solutions to enhance customer experience and improve efficiency. Interviews with CIOs from KiwiRail, Victoria Police, NT Government, Glen Eira City Council and Auckland Council provide some insightful case studies at all levels of Australian and New Zealand government that are embracing digital transformation and addressing not just the system needs, but the process, culture, strategy and change components.
At Procensol we’ve delivered several successful government digital transformations. In fact, we’re becoming known as the go-to guys for Appian implementations within the Government and Commercial sector. (Including recent projects with Queensland Government Department of Environment and Science, Queensland Treasury and the National Injury Insurance Scheme Queensland plus CCC, QUT, SunSuper and more.) We’re also seeing more interest in Robotics Process Automation, AI and overall advice on the best approach for Planning your Digital Workforce…something that requires more than just new technical kit.
