Mervin Chiang of Procensol will be speaking at the Australian Computer Society on Thursday 21st April 2016 at 5:30pm
In this session, Mervin will present a new way of looking at Solution Design and Implementation. He will encourage a healthy discussion on how we as practitioners can brace for the impact of this global demand that may already be at your doorstep. It’s a demand that requires a comprehensive approach for modernising business processes in the shortest amount of time, with the maximum level of impact that is also the most highly responsive to changes.
Over the last few years, there has been a shift in the global economy. There is a real drive towards efficiency and savings in parallel to a steadily growing demand for innovation, modernisation and digitisation. Essentially, organisations want to do newer things, more things, with less money. Global analysts like Gartner and Forrester are detecting this shift. Many prominent management consulting firms and leading technology companies are adapting themselves to meet this need. But are we fast enough? How can the Internet of Things (IoT) effect businesses and how they relate to customers when we are still stuck with rigid processes, procedures, policies and legacy systems?
Procensol has been challenging the traditional thinking of Business Analysts, BPM Practitioners and Enterprise Architects in this space for the last 5 years. Our experience with BPM solutions using Agile methodologies is enabling us to meet emerging business transformation demands with speed and flexibility without compromising on quality or completeness.
Procensol is a firm that nurtures thought leadership and encourages the creative mind. They specialise in implementing Process-Driven Solutions and advising in Business Process Management initiatives across Europe and Asia-Pacific.
