Business Analysis Professional Day.
21st October, 2016. Brisbane.Procensol’s Mervin Chiang will address delegates at next week’s Business Analysis Professional Day in Brisbane with his presentation: “Rethinking the way we deliver business solutions to achieve more with less”. In his session Mervin will present a new way of looking at Solution Design and Implementation.
ABSTRACT: Over the last few years, there has been a shift in the global economy. There is a real drive towards efficiency and savings, in parallel to a steadily growing demand in innovation, modernisation and digitisation.
Essentially, organisations want to do newer things, more things, with less money. Global analysts like Gartner and Forrester are detecting this shift. Many prominent management consulting firms and leading technology companies are adapting themselves to meet this need.
But are we fast enough?
How can the Internet of Things (IoT) effect businesses and how they related to customers when we are still stuck with rigid processes, procedures, policies and legacy systems?
During the session, Mervin will encourage a healthy discussion on how we as practitioners can brace for the impact of this global demand which may already be at your doorstep.
