Procensol is pleased to sponsor and facilitate discussions at the FST Government Queensland on March 16, 2017. The event is aimed exclusively at Queensland Government executives to discuss, debate and determine the future of Queensland’s ICT.
Procensol’s Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, Mervin Chiang will be joined by Anne Lenz, Executive Director, Energy Resources and Enforcement Services, Department of Environment and Heritage Protection, as he facilitates roundtable discussions about digital transformation and its challenges to government agencies.
Using Procensol’s Modern Business Transformation framework, Mervin will describe a comprehensive and low risk approach for modernising and automating business processes.
Mervin and Anne have worked together previously to deliver the award winning Connect System project for the Department of Environment and Heritage Protection (EHP) in Queensland.
EHP was globally recognised as a winner in the Process Excellence Awards in 2016 for this successful project. The PEX Awards are a globally recognised, annual industry awards ceremony that celebrates process excellence and service delivery teams who have exceeded industry standards. The nation is experiencing a period of significant transformation in the business landscape, where technology plays an increasingly critical role in delivering services to customers. The Queensland Government has created the ICT Modernisation plan to work with agencies to address drivers for change. Often government agencies find it hard to overcome rigid processes, procedures, policies and legacy systems without spending millions of dollars to begin with. Procensol’s facilitated discussions will help to determine the future for digital transformation in Queensland.
