It’s exciting to be involved in the Sunsuper Appian Digital Transformation project. Sunsuper is one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds with more than $45 billion in funds managed for over 1 million customers.
Procensol, a Trusted Appian Partner, has been engaged by Sunsuper to support their major transformation and digitisation program. The program aims to change the way Sunsuper manages customer records, processes and transactions.
As can be seen in this video interview from Appian the customer is at the heart of everything that Sunsuper does and so having a low-code, rapid transformation application such as Appian is important to ensure they maintain excellence in customer experience whilst undergoing major digital change.
As Sunsuper say themselves, “there is almost nothing Appian can’t do”. When embarking on this project the goal was to keep up with changing customer and employee demands for digital services, and to undertake the transformation to its business quickly…all without disrupting the existing customer experience. For Sunsuper it was all about quality, capability, ease of use, customer excellence and rapid time to market with the transformation.
And they are already achieving this. The first manual process to be tackled was digitised in just under eight weeks – a tremendous result for all involved. The outcome being a completely automated, paperless process.
