First there was the interview….Roughly six months back, when I applied for the role of an Associate Consultant my journey with Procensol started with a Psychometric assessment – quite challenging and engaging in its own rights! Never had I thought this would lead me to not only sharpen my career but also towards living a better personal life.
In recent years prior to joining Procensol I had moved away from hands-on programming and began to shape my career towards Business Analysis and Sales. I now have the best of both worlds having joined Procensol in a client consulting role. I had never thought this highly challenging role will engage me to my core! As a consultant – you are more than a developer; more than an analyst – you are a blend of pre-sales, business analyst, system analyst, a futurist and a strategic-thinker.
Then came the professional training and hands-on learning….The cream on the cake – going through the Procensol SEAL Training Program. The program is second to none and makes you absolutely project-ready!
The SEAL program has provided me with unique opportunities to explore and experiment with Appian and get my hands dirty working on the platform. I believe the most important aspect to the SEAL Program is the freedom of thought and expression! It is highly focused on allowing the Associate Consultants the space and time to grow and sharpen our professional skills.
The Specialist Enterprise Application Leadership (SEAL) Training Program is a five-staged approach to mentored development, providing SEAL Team members with a clear progression pathway. For our clients it provides confidence that they are getting the best trained and prepared process consultants and Appian specialists working on their digital transformation programs.
